Re: USPTO Shaves Months Off Patent Reexamination Pendency
So acoording to Sman's post the average is somewhere around 48-50 days. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think we filed our response around Jan 21 (give or take a few days). If that is correct and our re-exam falls into the average we should be on the edge of our seats around the second week in March. Corrections welcome....Good luck to all
