That's my point....if you are on the wrong side of the current trading you will get slammed. Anything trading in front of the USPTO ruling is being played on emotion and has nothing to do with the company or its prospects..

If you wanted in on the pre USPTO rendering trading you needed to buy at .01 and be anticipating the selling of that position now.

You may get the opportunity to make that happen yet again...if you feel confident in the 70 day or so window before the USPTO rendering.

IMO, no one is betting directly on the rendering, they are playing it safe.
