They are dealing with the speed to write when they reference as they have....like I commented....BAN(Msystems{SNDK}) does not contribute to the advancement in speed to write.....or managing the flashing(erase) issues.

Part of e.Digitals speed, is data placement on the memory....it avoids the draw backs of erase block issues....by not having to micro manage space as the others have to do.

There's a combination of speed...one being what the caching issues represent and the other being what the data placement(management) represents.

It takes both allowing for the speed....and they are patented issues of 445 implemented on the recorder device 774.

The current interpretation for a claim phrase of 774....does not upset what 445 has.... emit...that's my stand...lol
