OK, you are betting on item 2....not really but very concerned.

I respect your comments and you personally.

How long did it take to develope the Flash-R patent portfolio? Norris opened up shop 1988. 774 I believe was "born" 1993. The 5 patents went live I think between 1993 to 1995. I don't know the history back that far, but did the company flap it's lips too soon and let everyone steal their ideas? Seems like it....LOL.

Point, counter point here, but what is a reasonable time frame to start with an idea, put it on paper, get a law firm to research prior art, then submit it? Is it smarter to keep it cloaked for 18 months, which they said costs more (how much they did not say) vs repeat past mistakes?

A person on this board who holds 6 patents, has stated, during this 18 month window is the time to knock on doors and hopefully license the tech. Well, that's what they are doing, but no cigar yet.

I've been waiting nearly 13 years, others longer than that....6 more months does not bother me, if they get it right.

On the next gen eVU they shelved, yes they did spent some cash, but canned the project before wasting anymore money. They knew tablets would kill eVU and it has.

I remain believing NUNCHI and the patents pending have a future, or they'd shelve it too.

Then there are those who feel it's just a carrot, a con job, something to just keep us interested so they can continue getting paychecks....I say BS to that.
