You see, there is no mortgage on that 80 million..they are debt free...it's paid in full in all sorts of deals and transactions.
As I see it, if they create a long term IP asset base to please stock holders concerns .....they reduce the accumulated deficit and lose the write offs.
That's why I say I like the balance sheet as it reads...
