Paid in Capital is the money raised by the company via stock purchased from the company directly by investors in the primary market. This is not to be confused with stock bought by investors in the secondary market, or the stock market at large.

This continues to be misinterpreted as debt to the company and a liability to shareholcers. It does relate to the overall outstanding share position and dilution to current investor positions.

Currently the company has no debt and is showing a profit for the current fiscal year.

"For the nine months ended December 31, 2011 the Company reported net income of $1,566,000, or $0.01 per share, on revenues of $4.5 million. "
