The losses you incurred are not part of the "paid in capital" accounted for as the $79 million that was originally referenced unless you were part of a private placement or primary market offering.

I am just trying to bring clarity to that figure which seems to pop up periodically and is portrayed as if EDIG is in debt that amount.

If they get their IP litigation efforts back on track after a positive reexam result EDIG will most likely continue to be a profitable company.

And their current position is one of having no debt...and that's a good thing.
