Getting a venture like Norris/e.Digital off the ground after 2002 would have been a problem......you can only look back a couple of years. Without the earnings, the expenses are lost.

There's a lot of up front expense where there's no income to off set, it can take a few years.

Someone informed me that the look back has recently changed on this 2002 issue...to 6 years, however I have not bothered to confirm it....as far as I know it's still just a couple of years(2) and that's not enough time.
