I suggest you read item 147 and sub parts (Samsung issues)of the first case.

It's very telling of what is .....if e.Digial gets what it wants with this re-exam, the Samies of the world won't have a leg to stand on.

Of course, you'll have to bone up on the patents and the current phrases in question before you can understand what transpired with Samsung.

That said, it's in direct relation. IMO, it won't take much to make them fold having an interpretation by the USPTO for the phrases in question.

From there, they will move beyond circuitry issues to application issues.
