The USPTO will probably upload the final rejection report within the next 3 days. Should be an interesting read.

E.Digital is allowed to make a response to the final rejection. If the examiner doesnt change his mind from that response, E.Digital is allowed to appeal the final rejection, which forces a new examiner. Probably looking at approx 9 months to see what finally happens.
