this was the "final rejection" but it was not the final rejection--"final rejections" have been overturned in the past so it is possible that if we change some things that the examiner did not like we could be ok. What a system, oh I forgot it is the Federal Government so I guess this is to be expected. The concept of Woody and our paid expert not being on the same page is somewhat troubling if true. Would be nice to hear from Fred(probably will not say anything that we can sink our teeth into) in the very near future, but I would be more interested in hearing some input from our "partner" DM. It is difficult for me to come to grips with DM wanting to be part of this process after much due diligence without having some grander plan. I know, they have made some money, but not really enough to write home about. Certainly, a law firm of their stature has better things to do, wouldn't you think?
