Years & years of wishing have left us all extremely disappointed because, all we ever are rewarded with, is failure for one reason or other. Final decision or not it isn't very palatable to say the least and all it does is set off a barrage of more hope and wishes and a new set of 90 days, 120day, etc., etc. Your statement has too much common sense, unless, unless, a miracle happens, 3 winning tickets on 176 million - 1 odds just happened maybe we could be next.
