Hi Fred,

What have the attorneys indicated is the likelihood that "the planned modifications" for patent 774 will be reviewed by the USPTO?

Is this next step the standard or is it more of a rare occurrence to be allowed to modify a patent once rejected?

Can you also comment on when we can expect the results on 773?

Dean,

I can't answer your questions regarding the '774 patent. With regard to the '737 patent, we're hoping to hear from the patent office sometime soon, given that we filed the office action response about a month after filing the '774 office action response. But of course it depends on how busy they are.
