Android is the OS that the Nunchi demonstration unit was utilizing. The latest version of this OS supports the following sensors:
Accelerometer : This sensor was available on the demo unit.
Ambient Temperature : This sensor was not available. Not sure if this would be very useful.
Gravity Sensor : Not on the demo unit. I suppose this could detect when the phone is in free-fall during a drop.
Gyroscope : Not on the demo unit. But this would be so totally cool to have on a phone.
Ambient Light : This sensor was available on the demo unit.
Linear Acceleration : Not on the demo unit. I dont know what this would be used for.
Magnetometer : This sensor was available on the demo unit.
Orientation sensor : Detects if the phone is portrait or landscape. The demo unit had this.
Barometric Pressure : Not on the demo unit, but these are very cool. The GPS sensor can tell you where the phone is located, and then this sensor can tell you what floor you are on. They can be accurate to within a few feet of elevation. So cool.
Proximity : This was on the demo unit.
Humidity : Not on the demo unit. Not sure why you would want this.
GPS : Of course.
