Yes, you have mentioned a few times that the 18 - 24 month period (I think that's what you have said?) after filing a patent app is when to "sell the IP" or something like that? I believe you were alluding to market NUNCHI tech before it becomes available via USPTO publications.

If that was your point, would it not be true EDIG has done just that by giving demos to prospective partners/OEM's/clients as they hinted during the Mar 14 webcast, flat out stated having already done such at the Sept 1 SHM to multiple companies, but would not say who, then a PR they mentioned having private meetings at CES in Jan.

Are these efforts trying to introduce/market NUNCHI during the pending valuable time or did you mean something else?

I see where you are going with the speculation part (Nunally NUNCHI Patents/Samsung) so just need a bit more perspective on the bolded quote please.
