When one company buys another, it's primarily because the acquired company has a proven product, service or valuable IP. Either that or the purchaser is blunting their competition. There are other reasons, too but paying a premium price for a company with questionable expectations ain't gonna happen.
The question is, does EDIG fall into those categories? I think not. If, for some reason, someone wants to buy EDIG, EDIG certainly cannot negotiate from a position of strength. I doubt if the price would be anywhere near a dollar. I make it closer to the existing price. Lots of folks would loose money. No one is going to get rich on a buyout price at this time. Right now, NUNCHI be incidental in any price negotiation.
I'd prefer going all in and gambling on a better outcome with licensing arrangements. Of course, that would neccessitate a favorable decision on the re-exam. Failing that, EDIG is toast.
