This calculation is not correct. I do not know what PUMP does or what its financials look like. But suppose that Apple wants to buy Edig for cash. It is clear to me, and I am sure to you as well, that the market will respond positively to this by pushing the shares of Edig far higher. The same will happen in the case of PUMP- provided that the market thinks positively about the abilities and the financial strength of the requiring company. The difference will be in the degree of appreciation of the share price of EDIG. But in either case the price of the shares of EDIG will increase to, say, a dollar(?).
