737 only has one issue, claim 5...not that complcated to over come this one, and we may hear that news in two weeks IMO.

774 (not 744 fyi) is the biggy. Lots at stake, the lead patent in litigation/infringement matters right now, and we have not fully responded yet is my understanding, and we are at our last shot. Looks to me EDIG will use every bit of time allowed before sending it off the the USPTO, and it could then be 3 - 6 months from now before we get a decision. Obviously that May 9 thing seems out the window.

I wish it will be 30 - 60 but not what from what I gather?

Hope I am wrong on 3 - 6 months.
