The bottom line for me is, was it a good idea to invest in patents supporting what looked to be, and what proved to be, the largest growth sector for the past decade on a global scale?

Did we pick the wrong horse? Yes and no, and that arguement continues on these boards.

A couple of judges threw a monkey wrench into the journey. That is not the fault of any investor's judgement to buy, hold or sell and remains part of the risk equation. EDIG has done and is doing all it can to defend its patents.

The chips will fall and then you move on, regardless of the outcome.
