You're right and, incidentally, there's nothing wrong with griping about the dearth of info we get. It's better than kicking the dog.:>)

I'll restate what I said before....there is no news to publish at this time and the company is not going to give info in an email or phone conversation that isn't already of record.

Sure, listening to people gripe isn't my favorite pastime but neither is reading glowing comments about the company's prospects. There just ain't no evidence to support it.
