You are right but I think that if much was denied then it would have taken longer for the examiner to go through? Would there be more transactions posted to this effect? I have never followed a patent reexam before and I could definitely be wrong. But since it is now finished (except for the actual issuance) and earlier than expected I think that this signals good news...but I could be wrong...
