Let's see if I've got this . . .

The Notice of Intent (NIRC) states that a final determination has been made and tells which claims have been denied or confirmed. It is not the actual official Reexam Certificate, which will follow. But though it's not the final certificate, it does contain the basic information we've all been waiting for.

The 774 NIRC has been issued. When/how will we know what it says? Is it public now, or will we have to wait till Tuesday?
