My guess--this is a step in the right direction but we need more good news so the company can "get that word out"--possibly the filing of Tier III suits or a PR from Duane Morris stating that the changes have made the patents easier to defend. Obviously, this small bit of promising news is only appreciated by us posters and has had no effect on the PPS yet. As for .50 cents, I have no idea--I am focusing on getting back to the 10-11 cent range where we were prior to the Markman debacle and then hopefully lifting off from there.
