Looks like the 5/22 "mailing" was an error or when Fred opened the envelope it was empty...lol.
IMO, the response is already written awaiting these documents. The interview was early Jan and they knew then what the examiner wanted.
I'd guess this should be a wrap in 30 days.
JMO...of course.
