Don’t you think the President of a publicly traded company would make sure he was correct about the USPTO approval before saying so? Don’t you think EDIG would get legal advice from their patent firm SCHWEGMAN, LUNDBERG & WOESSNER, P.A. before making such a statement? My guess is SLW has thousands, if not tens of thousands, of NIRC's under their belt.
