hey Doni,

Below, is all imvho...

one of the reasons i don't worry so much, other than it would take up too much of my 2 cell brain power, is this......

in June 2010 my son bought a BRAND NEW ITOUCH....it kept going dead w a dead battery in about 3 hours....NOT RUNNING MOVIES!!....

meanwhile.....OUR lovely customers were up in the air WATCHING MOVIES( ----which even nitwit plankton knows takes a frikkin amount of data, space, power)--ON WHAT "LOOKED LIKE" A BETA IPAD...(no ipad then) ....on 8-10-12 hours battery power....(gee if apple can sue samsung for copying the ipad..design.......????)btw, think we had good gui too.

/plankton -at that time, feeling very pumped up, thinks he recognizes, in his very humble opinion something like an IBM/MICROSOFT "power" struggle might break out. .....planked looked and looked (stared at duracell batteries for hours on end) and could only figure, our Micro OS was the reason for the battery life on eVu --a very efficient OS system, that saved significant amounts of battery power (which i know doesn't break it down per patent...) but that was what the "little" (thank you BLR) green sea thing concluded.--which btw, doesn't even get into (that much of the encryption aspect that I love)...not saying they infringed...just comparing product/capabilities!

sorry if i'm not making any sense...only plankton's opinion.-

ps Doni--does it help you that our alleged filing date for encryption patent app is 2004 and not 2006 --and interview was 2005?
