I tend to agree with your conclusions, common sense tells us we are involved.
If we only had knowledge of the wording of the APS contract on the digeplayer. Perhaps Wencor believes it owns the IR of not only the digeplayer, but any and all improvements in models with many enhancements, the digesystem.
You would think if the marketing of the new digesystem was successful and the returns were favorable to both Wencor and edig, that they could work out their differences.
Lets bring in an arbitrator and get this thing moving.
