You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
They "bragged" in a PR 3rd qtr to be profitable due to a license without litigation and not naming the company. I'd think they'd do same in Q4 is there were any, thus I am expecting a dismal Q4.
Cash on hand and current burn rate is what I want to see 1st of all.
