I clearly said if/when regarding what's it's name...lol.

I won't hang my hat that NUNCHI will be a win for us on the revenue front and solve all that is "ill" except for anticipated future IP monies, nor will I rule out it's possible success.

We have complained about EDIG getting it's IP ripped off, "trusting partners to be" since the late 90's, then since 2007 they began doing something about it. How the Flash-R patents were exposed, reversed engineered etc has been sliced and diced to death. Now they file 6 patents using the more costly "secrecy method" and we whine about not knowing what NUNCHI is. Can't have it both ways...lol.

As for "obsolete" it's about who files 1st. The patent DD research done by the separate law firm (on EDIG's nickle) to rule out prior art is the key point IMO. If another company has something similar and has filed for patents, lets see it...I don't have a clue how to research this. If there are apps out there to be similar, what are they and from who? Again no clue on my end. So if someome digs info up, how do we compare being similar if we don;t even know what NUNCHI is yet?

And we wait while we are here...lol.
