Very good post Joe. Since they are obviously winding down the eVU portion of the company, I wonder if they have looked into selling what is left, getting a little money, and abrupty ending instead of dragging it out? Maybe it has no value to anyone else. I, who knows nothing, would have been very surprised if DM had bailed on us prior to Tier III suits. I am still holding out the slim hope that DM took the case in the first place because they saw a way to make some decent money but that there was the possibility, however small, that this thing could be a home run for themselves and the company. Not expecting it, just saying that it still may be out there. I have bougt all that I can afford and the pps is too low to sell.
