FWIW...

Would fall under device....where the micro-controller 21 programing will initiate a set of circuits enabling whatever result.

FWIW...as I have commented in the past...e.Digital sells by the circuit to enable the IP of others....eg applications. Along with whatever other processing agents are required of that IP....and manage the memory issues, in e.Digitals proprietary ways, while doing it.
