"Description of the general nature of what was agreed to if an agreement was reached, or any other comments:
The amendments to the independent claims 1 and 19 will affect the scope of the dependent claims 6-17 and 20-22, which were not subject to reexamination.
Agreed that the Examiner is authorized to do an Examiner's amendment for rewritting the amended base claims 1 and 19 as new base claims 33 and 34, respectively, and for amendinq the dependent claims 2-5, 18, and 23-32 as appropriate in accordance with 37 CFR 1.530 and MPEP 2260.01 for placing the application in condition for issuing a NIRC."

The way I read that, the examiner is stating, that if he amends 1 and 19 it will affect the scope of the claims he notes.
With that, he will do an examiners amendment in avoiding the complication.
Thing is, will he amend 6-17 and 20-22, as needed, so that the claim terms within them will reference the new base claims and not the old ones? be interesting to see how this all gets re published. sman-silver....you guys reviewed 33 and 34? details now fall under NEW.... doni
