6. rec'd a reexam result that we stated was "successfully" concluded--reexam certificate might be published any day--see new claims....
' The Company responded to the first ‘774 office action which was a rejection of certain claims by the patent office. In an effort to overcome the rejection, the Company filed a request to amend certain claim elements in the ‘774 patent, that was approved by the USPTO, thereby successfully ending the ‘774 reexamination. The Company expects, but cannot assure, that the amendments will help clarify and strengthen its ability to enforce infringement of the ‘774."

8. In annual report June 21, 2012, we stated Duane Morris is handling "some" of our flash r litigation on contingency..imo we may have an additional firm for conflicted out defendants.
"The international law firm of Duane Morris LLP is handling some of our patent enforcement matters on a contingent fee basis. "
9.had profitable year and with no debt except for current expenses
10. may have enough cash to maintain at least a year without ANY income!
Cash Requirements
Other than cash on hand and accounts receivable, we have no material unused sources of liquidity at this time. Based on our cash position at March 31, 2012 and current planned expenditures and level of operation we believe we have sufficient capital resources for the next twelve months. Actual results could differ significantly from management plans. We believe we may be able to obtain additional funds from future patent licensing and eVU product sales and services but the timing of licenses and shipments and the amount and quantities of shipments, orders and reorders are subject to many factors and risks, many outside our control.
11. appears that we had a manufacture settle for somewhere in the neighborhood of a heck of a lot of dollars without litigation last october...hello, plankton has an opinion on this one
'Additionally, in October 2011 we entered into a Flash-R licensing agreement with a manufacturing company outside of the above litigation rounds."
“Flash-R™ patent portfolio licensing outside of our litigation activities enabled us to report a third consecutive profitable quarter,” said Fred Falk, president and CEO of e.Digital Corporation.
11.Imo, time is on OUR side and not on the infringer's....
12 ASK YOURSELF WHO HAS DONE the work AND PAID FOR OUR NEW 7 PATENTS PENDING...NEVER LISTED AS AN EXPENSE!!!!!(at least the plank couldn't find it) who who who is "bearing this out"?

but PR only list 6 nunchi patent pendings...“We continued to make progress in the development and marketing of our Nunchi technology,” added Falk. The Company reported that it filed six patent applications related to Nunchi. They are:
