Yes, the court system and entire legal process is like getting stuck in mud. Not everyone has the patience or the financial freedom to stick this out, given the big picture of this abysmal economy.

That reality has no bearing on the final outcome. Any good news from the USPTO which allows EDIG and DM to resume their profitable endeavors likely will revive this stock.

Should that occur, and the pps not recover accordingly, then I would think EDIG should reduce the outstanding share count by instituting a policy to buy up cheap shares.

But until we get some clarity on what happens after the USPTO decision, EDIG should hold onto all its cash.

And a Nunchi update is long overdue, imo, given the company framed it as a project well on its way. Good, bad or ugly, they need to clarify the current status of NUNCHI and the other new technologies in the patent process.
