The application is still in process.They filed the request for continued examination (RCE) in October, 2010. However, in 2009, the USPTO changed to a strange method of prioritizing their work queue. They no longer prioritize RCE’s ahead of unexamined continuation and divisional applications. This process is unlike the reexamination process.
