I too will wait for a formal statement as part of my DD before deciding to pull the trigger.

According to Nunally, they are looking for ventures that would bring revenues in immediately as part of their partnership agreements, so should they deliver a major wireless carrier or search engine, I would be willing to pull the trigger on news of that sort, prior to the revenues actually hitting the bottom line.

We all have different risk tolerances and buy/sell histories on this stock and others which influence our decisions.
