Dish--did you ever hear back from Fred regarding meeting with him next week? If you do/when you do could you please ask him if they are planning to attend the Intel Conference? If not, it seems like an opportunity lost or ignored. Trying to see the silver lining, it makes sense that the company cannot SIGN agreements regarding the Nunchi patents until they have the patents officially locked up. I do not believe that there are agreements in writing to the effect of "if you get the patents approved, we will license them from you"--those would hopefully be part of discussions. There could currently be alot of interest in Nunchi or very little but, as Fred has said, putting information prematurely would be irresponsible. You either believe or you do not.
