No, it`s called ``Global Warming``. By the way what kind of vehicles do you see sitting on the roads and stuck in traffic? I guess most of them are the hybrid Hondas. Am I right?... Really it is an awfull problem and terrible situation for too many people. It might have been better to make people exit the city/area like they do at church, you know one pew or section at a time. But with everyone just leaving all at once of course it`s a jam-up. Sort of like when everyone tries to get out of the stock market all at once. No one can really know why we are having these problems, but it is a fact they are here and we have to deal with them.
