Yes, Pat was said to "lead the Inno Grp" per Fred in the 3/14/11 webcast. By that date exactly, 6 NUNCHI patent apps had been filed. As a private consultant on an as needed basis, his services are utilized. Heck, looks like the Inno Grp is now back to being e.Digital.com anyway right?

Between 3/14 and the 9/1 SHM, he remained involved in the NUNCHI effort as evidence of what he had to say in the 9/1 presentation. It was obvious he participated in presentations to prospective clients along with Fred and Allen, to include the "private" CES meetings in Jan-2012. IMO he was involved it the preparation of reexams meetings in Dec and Jan, but don't know if he was there for sure? He has also been the lead in responding to RCE's for 774, 737, the encryption patent, and 6 NUNCHI's, based on company Q statements, PR's and SHM comments.

If you think about it, everyone does their thing in the shadows and only Fred puts out the info. Take the financials 4 times a year...the CFO does the work and Fred signs it.

Pat's still involved, he's just invisable by design.
