I would assume Dr. Nunally is surveying what devices infringe and making a list. Lets assume he has his list ready when the patent is published.

I am guessing letters of infringement will go out at about the same time, and also guessing that they are given 90 days to respond to a license negotiation.

I am guessing that if there is no response, then a infringement suit is filed around Feb.

Depending on where it is filed, it could get get on a docket before then end of 2013.
