This subject rears it's head several times a year, the same answers are provided yet it never goes away.

When Fred told me he won't comment on what must be considered as message board hearsay from a legal point of view, so as to not get it hot H20 with the SEC potentially, I dropped it and never asked again at several more visits.

I respect Richardo's concerns, but this horse is dead 3 years ago.
