I only brought this up as a concern, I have dropped the subject based on the comments of other board members.

I do feel that any side bar comments made by management or the BODs are importent comments and should not be treated lightly. They may convey info about future events that are not supported by actual or factual data and can be very misleading to the shareholders.

I took the comment as a connection between our patents and the introduction of the new iPhone.
