The year end report states DM is still involved for "some" of our IP litigation, so this may be the long awaited firm we expected to handle confict clients where DM cannot. It was mentioned at the Nov 19, 2009 SHM a time would come to retain a 2nd firm.

If DM is 100% gone, so be it, but we are moving forward per this PR.

I wonder if this firm knows 737 is getting the NIRC any day now?
