IMO, DM made several bad decisions while representing us and were ultimately more to blame than the judge for the Markman result. DM got their (easy) money out of the deal and I didn't think they would be filing another lawsuit on our behalf either; but I think it's just as well.

Again IMO, it was a mistake placing too much confidence in DM - and I think it would be a mistake again to place too much confidence in Handal, yet I hope they will achieve a high degree of success... one that leads to success for all of us this time.

We'll see how much due diligence they've done when we see how long it takes them to file a lawsuit. Do they already know what they're going to do or are they really just getting started? Will it take them less than a month, 3 months, or more than 6 months to file? There's no way to know but we'll see. It's as good an indicator as any for how hungry and/or serious they are.
