It is my belief that if a Nunchi deal was in the wings the price and volume would be greater than they are. On a percentage basis, I love the rise in the stock price over the last week or so, but in reality the spike in volume is really going from totally anemic to 3 times totally amemic. I think if something really significant were about to be announced that the volume would be much higher(afterall we do have 293 M shares outstanding). Possibly some investors like the switch in legal representation and feel that we will come to some sort of conclusion more quickly with this law firm. Just guessing. All this said, we are moving in the right direction.
