Checked again a few minutes ago and no new entries.

For now, and hopefully not misleading anyone, I am sticking to what I've observed on the site that no rejection has been entered after our response 7/30. All there is are procedural entries I will call it, and the 8/30 appeal appears to be ditto.

When 774 received the NIRC, the same language was on the site, "reexam canceled, NIRC mailed XX date." A few days later we saw the document and discussed at length all claims, what replaced what etc.

The 774 Dec interview provided guidence as to what was acceptable to the examiner. The Jan 737 interview ditto. Zero knowledge, no expert here, but it all seems to have gone the same way. Claim 5 I guess is modified a bit...not sure?

Best thing to do is wait for a PR/8-K to confirm what we "think."
