Why do you feel there is secracy. The letter was mailed on 8/20/2012 yesterday, to date they have not posted it on the USPTO web site and with the speed of the mail system I can only assume that EDIG has not received the letter. If in fact this is the case what does management have to announce, that there is nothing to announce. I think an announcement that there is nothing to announce would not go over very well with the shareholders. Patience is a virtue IMO
