Thank you very much for that info. So, based on these being the latest, it would appear that EDIG's Opposition document was indeed submitted to the court (et al) under seal and is not available for public viewing.

In reviewing the info you provided as pertains to Apple, I note that EDIG accuses Apple of infringement of three (3) patents, not just the '774. Per the Apple PACER of 7/17/13 (yesterday):

"....to the extent the arguments relate to patent .... '774."

That's only ONE of the THREE patents in dispute. Are the other cited patents independent or are they dependent on the '774? If independent, the estoppel issue is minimized IMO because, also IMO, there only needs to be a valid infringement of just one claim of one patent - infringement is infringement whether in a single instance/circumstance or multiple.

Now, to further challenge you guys (or anyone having a strong opinion with basis): What would you think the EDIG Opposition paper might contain? Any thoughts of effective arguments the defeat the estoppel issue (beyond what I suggest above)?
