You guys kindly shared info basically stating: "Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant e.Digital Corporation (“Plaintiff” or “e.Digital”) filed an opposition (“Opposition”) to the Defendants’ Motion Re: Collateral Estoppel..." per a PACER dated 7/9/13 (though the Opposition document was delivered 7/3/13).

Was the content of EDIG's Opposition document ever made publicly available? Seems it would be a very interesting read, if available. I strongly suspect that you guys have watched for it, but to no avail because it was under seal.

Is it available or was it delivered under seal? (i.e., should I bother to re-apply for PACER access and go looking?).
