No offense meant Ory, but no one on this board knows--it would just be an uneducated guess. My uneducated guess is that the best case scenario is that we prove, somehow, that Apple infringed, in which case 50 cents could well be in the rear view mirror. Try to be logical about why you invested in the first place, what we have been through in the interim, and where you stand in relation to breaking even. Some here could have sold for $24 and did not. Some here could have bought at 2 cents and did. Pick a number and if/when the stock hits that number sell and do not look back. It might go up, it might go down. I once owned 200 shares of Apple that I paid $20/ share for. Steve Jobs left, the little computer company was spiraling downward, and I sold for $14 to try to get some money back. Then the little computer company turned into the behemoth it is today--who'd have known?
